On Sunday, March 9th, the National Constitution Center hosted an off the record dialogue about the Interrogation and Geneva Accords. Participants included:

Brigadier General David R. Irvine, retired Army Reserve strategic intelligence officer who taught prisoner interrogation and military law.
Larry Thompson, former Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Bush Administration
