LILLIAN THOMAS
Lillian Thomas is the city editor of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. She joined the paper in 1995, and is the author of a newly-published book on the history of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. She has worked in Chicago for the Chicago Reader and the Chicago Sun-Times and was a freelance journalist in Boston. She spent several years as an archeologist in the field in Mexico, working at a number of Mesoamerican sites.
